Hello, I'm Samantha.
We are The Samantha Eisenberg Group, a top-producing Greater Boston real estate team with Compass based in Needham. We help buyers and sellers throughout Needham, Newton, Wellesley, Weston, Dover, Natick, Brookline and the surrounding MetroWest communities. Our founder, Samantha Eisenberg, is a Managing Director at Compass. She grew up in Newton and now lives in Needham.
Our story begins in an unusual place: a New York City courtroom practice. Before real estate, Samantha was a litigation associate at Proskauer Rose LLP. She earned her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law after studying psychology at Emory University. That training in negotiation, analysis and advocacy is the foundation of how our team works. We read the fine print, plan several moves ahead and push hard for our clients.
Each member of our team brings something different. Elissa Rosenfelt, our Senior Vice President, moved her own young family from Long Island to Needham, and she holds a master's in elementary education from the University of Michigan. That makes her a natural guide for families who are relocating. Jaime Smith's background as a guidance counselor, landlord and property manager helps her listen closely and solve problems. Ronnie brings experience in real estate development, construction and renovation, which helps when you're weighing a property's potential.
